About the Founder
Hi, I’m Paige
Thank you for being here.
If you've found your way to Neuroplastic Pathways, there's a good chance you've spent time trying to understand yourself, navigate challenges that others may not fully see, or create meaningful change in your life while carrying responsibilities, expectations, and experiences that feel difficult to explain.
I know what it feels like to search for answers.
I also know what it feels like to discover that many of the things we have been taught about growth, success, productivity, and self-improvement do not work equally well for every nervous system.
Neuroplastic Pathways was created from both professional study and personal experience; an ongoing journey of learning about the brain, human behavior, neurodiversity, health, resilience, and what it means to build a life that is aligned with who we truly are.
My goal is not to tell you who you should become.
My goal is to create a space where you can better understand who you already are.
My Story
Long before I began studying neuroscience, I was fascinated by living systems and the question of why people, animals, and ecosystems function the way they do.
That curiosity led me to pursue degrees in biology and eventually graduate-level study in neuroscience. Along the way, I became increasingly interested in the relationship between the brain, the nervous system, behavior, learning, health, and human experience.
At the same time, my own life was teaching me lessons that could never be learned solely from textbooks.
Navigating neurodivergence, chronic health challenges, trauma, and complex nervous system experiences gave me firsthand insight into what it feels like to live in a world that is often designed around assumptions that do not fit everyone's reality.
Like many people, I spent years trying to force myself into systems, expectations, and strategies that were not built for the way my brain and body function.
Over time, I began to realize that meaningful growth rarely comes from fighting ourselves. It often emerges through understanding ourselves. That realization became one of the foundations upon which Neuroplastic Pathways was built.
Why I Created Neuroplastic Pathways
A more compassionate approach to growth, learning, and self-understanding
Throughout my education, personal experiences and conversations with others I repeatedly noticed a gap.
Many individuals; particularly neurodivergent individuals, students, and those navigating chronic health challenges, were receiving messages that emphasized fixing, masking, pushing harder, or becoming more productive.
Far fewer spaces existed for helping people understand themselves, honor their capacity, identify their strengths, and build sustainable approaches to growth.
I wanted to create the kind of space I wish more people had access to:
Neuroscience and Compassion
A space where neuroscience and compassion coexist
People Are Not Problems
A space where people are not viewed as problems to solve.
Curiosity Over Judgment
A space where curiosity is valued more than self-judgment and societal pressure.
Growth Beyond Outcomes
A space where growth is measured not just by outcomes, but also by self-awareness, self-trust, authenticity, and alignment with values.
“Growth is not about becoming someone else.
It begins with understanding ourselves more deeply.”
Neuroplastic Pathways is my contribution toward creating that kind of space.
Education, Training, & Professional Development
My background brings together biology, neuroscience, psychology, and coaching — with a commitment to ongoing learning and ethical, evidence-informed support.
Education
Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (Neuroscience Concentration) – In Progress
Master of Science in Biology — East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania
Bachelor of Science in Biology — Moravian University
Professional Training
Certified ADHD Life Coach Training (CALC) Program — In Progress
International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coach Education Pathway
Ongoing continuing education in neuroscience, neurodiversity, behavior change, executive functioning, trauma-informed practice, and coaching ethics
“Meaningful support requires both ongoing learning and humility.”
I stay curious, keep learning, and welcome new evidence so I can best support the people I work with.
Beyond the Credentials
Although education and training are important, they are only one part of who I am.
Outside of coaching and neuroscience, I am someone who finds joy in nature, learning, creativity, and deep curiosity about the world.
I love spending time outdoors, exploring botanical gardens and hiking trails, caring for animals, reading, creating art, playing musical instruments, and diving into conversations about science, psychology, human behavior, and the natural world.
Many of the values that guide Neuroplastic Pathways; including curiosity, authenticity, compassion, and respect for individual differences; are values that shape my life outside of coaching as well.
What Working Together May Feel Like
Every coaching relationship is unique, but clients often seek coaching because they want a space where they can think more clearly, understand themselves more deeply, and move forward in ways that feel sustainable.
My intention is to create an environment that feels:
Collaborative rather than prescriptive
Reflective rather than performative
Thoughtful rather than rushed
Compassionate without losing self-accountability
Grounded in both humanity and science
You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. You do not need perfect goals, perfect habits, perfect motivation, or perfect self-awareness. You only need a willingness to explore, reflect, and engage with the process.
A Note Before We Meet
If there is one thing I hope you take away from this page, it is this:
You are more than a diagnosis, a productivity system, a list of challenges, or a collection of symptoms.
Human beings are complex.
Growth is rarely linear.
And meaningful change often begins not with becoming someone else, but with understanding yourself more fully.
If what you've read resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a Discovery Consultation to explore whether Neuroplastic Pathways may be a good fit for your goals, needs, and aspirations.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you for part of your journey.
